About

As a member of the Green Team, students develop an appreciation and connection with the natural world around them. Preserving the environment starts with understanding what lives around us. Students investigate the organisms found right outside their classroom doors starting in the school's two native gardens. We grow our skills of observation as we study the organisms we see and document our discoveries along the way. In addition, students explore ways in which they can support and preserve the environment through actions at school and at home. Each year, we continue to build upon the recycling efforts throughout the school and work to educate the Storm community.
